You can get tax relief of 20% of your qualifying medical expenses going back 4 years by just logging on to your My Account on Revenue and selecting Review my taxes for last 4 years. Just enter your medical expenses each year under the credits and relief section and submit your return and job done. You must however enter each years medical expense into the relevant year rather than adding the 4 years expenses and including them in 1 years Tax return. Example. You spent in 2024
